Yowza! i'm busy. i quit one of my jobs so i could not fail my classes but i kinda, just filled all the time up with clubs and other school related but not class related stuff. lol. oh well it's all very fun.

I'm now the secratery of the Art History Assocation.
The President of the Photography Club.
and helping on out a public art project here in Conway.

so that's exciting. for Portfolio class we had to map out our classes for the remainder of our school life and it turns out i only have like a year and a half to go. that makes me sad. lol. i like school.

i was talk'n to Dr. Boweman and he said i could graduate with a BA and then COME BACK to school and get a BFA .. [BA - Bachlor of Arts .. BFA - Bachlor of FINE arts] it's a little retarted to me, the difference but i really feel like i need to do that. so that's cool. i'll have two graduations. lol. my mom will like that.

i'm about to buy a new digital camera, it's nothing special ...




i like the screen and it's 6mp, that's really all i can afford. so that's cool. i'm excited.

My roomates and i finally found a 4th roommate, so my rent will go Down alot, so that's really cool i can afford to buy film now. lol.

Well, school has started. I'm excited so far, yesterday i had Art Photography II .. and Drawing III ... both seem so fun, we are useing fiber based paper in photography and toner and all that jazz, it's expensive has bloody hell, but i'm excited. and in Drawing we are experimenting with paper and drawing medium, so that's really cool, i can't wait, i think once in the introduction she told us the fun places to shop for supplies was Lowes and Ace Hardware. LOL.

today i have Porfolio II, 19th Century Art History, and Illustration [also writing but i hate that class] so we'll see how that goes, Portfiolio is about getting internships and how to really become a praticing artist, so that's a little scary, but i'm ready! and Illustration, everything we do this year will be saved and select peices will be sent to an 'expo' [for lack of a better word] in IRELAND! and any student who's work is picked will get a FREEEE trip to the island to see the 'expo' and meet and great with authors, and artists. THAT"S EXCITING!

I'm going to Italy this summer, from May 20th[ish] to June 30th[ish] (i don't know the dates, i just know i'm going!) i'll be living in an apartment in Florence going to school 4 days of the week [studying Art History and Drawing] we'll go on a few trips [rome, piza, and another i can't remember] so i'm suuuuuper excited about that,

so this school year is just really got me hyped, now if i can just get threw it, that's alot of classes and a lot of art projects and papers and AHHH! exciting and SCARY! but i have faith in myself.

I'm also on a diet, i'e lost 10 lbs so far, i'm just watching what i'm eating/drinking nothing real strick, i'm only drinking water ['cept in the mornings i have juice] i'm trying to NOT eat candy and no fried food ['cept a few french fries here and there!] i'm eating alot of fresh samies! i love tuna and turkey, NO RED MEAT! YUCK! so yeah, hopefully i can get a little slimmer b/f Italy, i don't want to be all fat when i go. LOL.

also, be looking for new photography, i'm taking Photo II [ART photoraphy] so my work will be different than what i've done b/f and BETTER i hope, i already think my work is getting better [by what i submitted yesterday - 1st assignment of class] so yeah, thanks for everyone supporting me, and i love you all.

Well, my christmas break is over, tomorrow i go back to work at the Art Gallery and on Thursday classes start ... i'm taking too many and i'm freaked out. but i can do it!

Art Photography starts, i'm exctied about that, my profolio will look great after this semister i think, no more taking photos to 'learn' now i get to do take photos for art's sake. so that's excting.

Ummm, yeahhhh ... so i'm gonna have to go ahead and let everyone know that my photographs are NOT stock photos.

NOT STOCK! i don't under any condtions like you taking them, makeing them in to *STUFF and them SELLING THEM on DA!

Because ...

1. I don't get a portion of the money.
2. My photograph is ACHUALLY sold OUTSIDE of DA [the original prints], i simply use DA as a gallery to share my art with friends & family, not for bums to use their computers to make money. use your camera, take your own pictures, THEN make them in to stuff.
3. it took me more MAN hours to make that print your messing up than i'm sure it did to make it in to what ever your doing to it now.
4. I'm still not getting any of the over priced money DA is charging the poor soul that's buying your stuff.

OK OK OK i'm a little annoyed. this is the 2nd time it's happend. THIS person that took it apon themselves to make one of my photos in to a vector and then put it on sale WITHOUT asking me has talent but it wasn't cool that he put it for sale and did so with out asking me.

I'm a just a photography student but i'm a photography student that is now making a bussiness out of it, i've made $260 off of my Photography this week and i have a right to know when some kid is gonna use his computer to fuck up a print of mine and sell it on the internet. that pisses me off. that print is worth $50 with out a frame. and he's selling it on DA in some retarted cartoon form for god knows how much. GAH! i'm annoyed b/c i'm tired and i worked all week and i'll see no money if some also retarted person buys his 'art'

OK. i'm done i think. lol. i guess i could just ask him to take it down but that'd be too easy and i might have to get in a fight with him b/c i'm sure he'd say something rude to me.

Well, this school semister is allll most over, i'm sooo happy. but i've loaded myself down with TOO MANY classes next semister so i'm not really looking forward to that either. O_o

been feeling alittle down, my moods have stayed pretty high for a while, i've not do anything too selfdistructive, but this week i feel not so great. O_o. i just hope cale doesn't work too much so i don't spend too much time alone with ntohing to do in my apartment for the whole Christmas break. we'll see. :/
